Built for the business behind the beauty.
GlamlyHQ was created after watching how much time bridal beauty professionals lose to scattered tools — missed inquiries, pricing back-and-forth, team coordination, and the admin that starts after the last client leaves.
It started at our own kitchen table.
GlamlyHQ was inspired by my wife — a salon owner, bridal beauty professional, and L'Oréal Professionnel educator. Watching her balance clients, bridal parties, artist coordination, education work, social media, and a family showed us something clearly: the hardest part of the work wasn't the work.
It was everything around it. Brides reaching out on three different channels. Details buried in DMs, texts and screenshots. Pricing conversations that went back and forth for days. Schedules rebuilt from scratch. And the business quietly following her home every night, because it never fully shuts off.
The problem was never talent. It was the system around the work.
Generic tools weren't built around bridal beauty. So talented professionals end up doing a second, invisible job — after hours, on their phones, at the cost of their own time.
One calm workspace, from inquiry to wedding day.
GlamlyHQ is being built to hold the whole booking — so the business side of bridal beauty gets lighter, not louder.
How we think about building this.
Shaped by real bridal beauty experience.
GlamlyHQ is shaped by the kind of experience you can't learn from a generic software template: years of working with clients, brides and artists — owning a salon, educating other professionals with L'Oréal Professionnel, mentoring artists, and carrying the constant admin that comes with running a beauty business alongside a family.
We're building GlamlyHQ carefully, because trust matters.
Bridal beauty professionals deserve software that respects their work, their clients, their time, and their independence. That's the whole idea — and we'd rather earn it slowly than promise it loudly.
